Season 2025-2026
Women’s 2s win at Salisbury
Published on 24th Jan, 2026
The Ladies 2s arrived at a chilly Salisbury pitch after a long drive passing the mighty Stonehenge. They came out strong with an early goal from Eliza with a superb hit straight past the goalie. Shortly after, Tiny whacked in a second ending the first quarter 2-0. The defence consistently guarded our D with strength and composure with super clearances from Mia. A magnificent run from Olah in the second quarter gave Reaney the chance to take a smashing strike from the edge of the D ending the first half with a strong 3-0 lead.
Unfortunately, Salisbury did manage sneak in 1 goal but that was enough, ending the game with a much appreciated 3 points for the win putting us 6th in the table and ready to play against Basingstoke at the mighty BRN fortress next week!
