Ladies’ 5s Get 3 points from match against unbeaten (until now) Oxford 4s

Despite the frosty morning which delayed the match by 40 minutes as both sides were keen to play, the team seemed enthusiastic and ready to go. We had a fantastic start with Rabiya scoring within the first couple of minutes. After fighting hard, and a solid defence, Hawks then got another goal in a short corner from a straight strike by Rebecca. We kept attacking hard and the shooting work we had done in training really paid off and before half time we scored again from Sherene slapping the ball across the D for Chloe to deflect in.

After some wise words from Susan at half time, we started the second half facing into the sun and after many chances for the team, Rebecca scored the 4th goal with some great 3d skills.  After some great passing between the team and good defence from the back, Rebecca scored her hattrick goal making the final score 5-0 to Hawks.
