Ladies’ 7s lose to Leighton

Our game today had two very different halves. The first half saw Leighton Buzzard mainly in our half, we played a defensive game struggling to break past the half-way line. Jane came off after a hit to her foot and needing an ice pack. There were many short corners, a few tumbles and they scored off a penalty flick. Half time score was 2-0 to LB.

After a focused half time talk from our super Captain Charlotte we came out much stronger, with some fabulous switching across the pitch and some beautiful runs on goal. A second half to be proud of. Nevertheless the final score was a 4-0 loss. Player of the match nominations for Eva, Esther and Daisy but Molly had the most votes, well played Molly!
