Remembering Marley – Saturday 6th August

Venue: Oxford Hawks Hockey Club, Banbury Road North, Oxford, OX28EQ
This year there will be a full day of hockey and fun including 3 hockey matches and a pitch full of children's activities.
Near pitch
10.30am: Hawks Legends Match
12.30pm: “Marley’s Stars” match (sponsored by Cox Electrical Cox Electrical Services and Dan the Skipping Man Dan the Skipping Man)
2.30pm: Hawks Ladies alumni match
Top Pitch – half pitch (small donation for participation)
11.30am: 1hour children’s hockey session (all ages), run by WHC
2.30pm: 45min Skipping session, by Dan The Skipping Man
Top Pitch – half pitch (free)
Throughout the day on the top pitch games/activities will be laid out for children, including equipment from Bounce any Hire
There will be a variety of catering and refreshments including:
• Bar (sponsored by Wheatley Estates Wheatley Estates)
• Humble Bumble Coffee van (Humble Bumble Cafe)
• Soleluna Pizza van (Soleluna PIZZA)
• Cake stall
Other stalls
• BeMoreMarley socks (2022 edition) and Marley’s Stars wrist bands
• Otter hockey
• Face painting
• Lucky dip
• Raffle including many exciting prizes
All money raised will go to Teddy’s Wish to support other bereaved families who have lost a baby to SIDS and other infant loss https://www.teddyswish.org . I will also be taking on the challenge of riding 100km on my bike around the Chilterns on 18th September 2022 when I take part in the Teddy’s wish cycle challenge ‘The Chiltern 100’.
