If you want to improve your fitness come along to our weekly fitness sessions. These focus on strength and conditioning. It is suitable for all adults and juniors. Parents are welcome too, so no excuses to your children!
There is a small charge but all proceeds go to Oxfordshire Mind. So you improve your fitness and feel good about your donation as well.
