Young Leaders

At Oxford Hawks we recognise the value that the game of Hockey can bring young people, not just from a playing perspective but also Coaching, Umpiring and managing within the game.

As such we offer a Young Leaders programme which is a 3-day England Hockey accredited course for 13-17 year olds which covers:

• Introduction to leadership
• Delivering Hockey
• Umpiring hockey
• Organising a festival
• Managing Hockey

Information about the next course will be emailed out once details are available.

We have a number of Young Leaders who support our Junior Coaches on Sunday mornings - a great experience to learn and be mentored by our experienced coaches.
