On Saturday 31st August nearly every team had a friendly game.  Our Women's 1s were playing London Wayfarers Women's 1s at home.  It was a fast action-packed match with lots of great hockey.

Wayfarers proved to be a tough opposition and the final score was 1 - 3, so a win for them.  Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable game and everyone was delighted when Jess Long got our goal.

There was some beautiful hockey played and lots of nominations for player of the match.  The winner was Sally Clark who had a brilliant game.
