Strong 2nd Half Performance Not Quite Enough for U14 Girls

The U14 Girls took on a well organised Old Cranleighans side in the first round of the Tier 1 plate.

With the away side quicker out the blocks, they found themselves 2-0 down at the half time whistle, however after some wise words from coaching duo Perera and Smith they came out in the second half with much more energy, displayed some excellent passing hockey and nearly had the ball in the net on numerous occasions.

A disappointing result but a hugely encouraging 2nd half performance for the Girls for which they should be very proud.
