Ladies’ 6s win playing Oxford University 4

A sunny morning set the scene for a tough game with Oxford 4s. After a couple of difficult games, the 6’s headed out with determination. This paid off with a goal in the first minute by Cat. However, The opposition came back strong with an equaliser and we were lucky not to have conceded more by half time.

A good team talk by our Captain Yas at half time refocused everyone and the game started to flow. Camilla got a second goal, followed by a lovely third from Monica. There was lots of brave defending and as always superb skills kept the opposition score sheet down. Player of the match went to Monica for being fabulous!!! Well done ladies!!!
