U14 Girls

Our U14 Girls A team play in Tier 1 of both the EH League and Cup. The age group is managed by Sarah Phillips and Hannah Allen, and have opportunities to train on both a Tuesday evening and Sunday Lunchtime.

This age group is a particularly important one when thinking about the girls' development - as they have the opportunity to play in "adult" Saturday matches once they turn 13. To help bridge this transition, we also invite the girls to play in our development sides called the "Harriers" and the "Kestrels" who have a few matches each year. In these games, the girls play alongside players from the Women's 1st and 2nd XIs, with a big focus on player development. The U14 girls are also often invited to ball patrol for the Women's 1s if they wish to.
