Club Day – Saturday 6th September

As you may have seen the traditional “start of season” event is coming very soon! Club Day was hugely popular last year and we would love to see you there this year to make it even bigger and better! Here’s a flavour of what will be going on!

• Hockey all day on both pitches (incl Men's 1s and Women’s 1s) – schedule is below
• Bouncy castle all day!
• Ice Creams!
• Grays here all day, with kit to try on, and sticks to try out! (discount code coming very soon by the way)
• Titan Mouthguard fittings 11am-2pm (see details below)
• “Flavours Burgers” coming again by popular request!

The hockey schedule is as follows:

10am: M6 vs Thame 3
10am: W3 vs Thame 1
11.30am: W7 vs Abingdon 3
11.30am: M5 vs Thame 2
1pm: M3 vs Thame 1
1pm: W2 vs Marlow
2.30pm: M4 vs Banbury 3
2.30pm: W1 vs Marlow
4pm: M2 vs Banbury 2
4pm: W1 vs W2s
6pm: M1 vs Oxford University

You can choose your design, and they even have a Hawks design (which don’t worry, the website currently displays the old logo, but it will be updated to the new logo). The Club has partnered with Titan for many years now and feedback on them is very good (and considerably cheaper than one made at a dentist). Grays will also be on site all day with all our club kit and equipment for you to try. Note – our Hawks kit is made to order, so you won’t be able to buy and take home on the day – but they will have tablets there for you to order once you know your size, and delivery is only a few days! (and free, if over £10). It’s also now possible to get initials on your Hawks gear again!

So pop Saturday 6 September in your diary and come along to catch up with friends, make new ones, watch some great hockey etc!

Dear Players / Parents,

Titan Mouthguards will be catering for all players wishing to purchase a custom-fit mouthguard and will be visiting the club on Saturday 6th September between 11:00 and 14:00.

Titan also offer a remote E-Fitting service, allowing pupils to have their mouthguards fitted and received in advance of the start of the 2025/26 season.

There is a time-slot system in place for this session. You will be directed to the booking form once the online order form below has been submitted, here you will be able to select your preferred time. The link to the booking form can also be located in your confirmation email.

Titan suggest that orders should be placed in advance of fitting sessions at the club to avoid any delays on the day of fitting itself or with getting guards back to you. There is a £5 admin fee on all orders placed on or after the day of the club fitting.
